About Pinecrest

Pinecrest is an evangelical ministry of the Christian & Missionary Alliance and has been assisting the Christian Community in making disciples of Jesus Christ since 1942.

Pinecrest Camp exists to make disciples who walk with God, show His love and tell the good news of Jesus Christ His Son.

Core Values

2. Honor God's Word
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work”

in Everything

3. Pursue Excellence in Everything

“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

About Pinecrest

What is a Missionary Employee?

We recognize there are numerous ways to fund the ministry at Pinecrest Camp. In reality, all the Missionary Employees at Pinecrest recognize that the camp itself is our largest supporter. Pinecrest Camp provides about half of our personal support from the fees charged for the services provided, while the rest of the support comes through people like yourself who believe in the ministry of Pinecrest. This appears to be a good balance for our ministry.

To guide our Missionary Employees in their personal fund raising, our board has developed the following fund raising policy:

It is the policy of Pinecrest Camp to honestly and accurately share with interested friends the challenges and situations we face in all areas of our ministry. We make known needs and potential solutions so friends can consider partnering with us through prayer and/or sharing financially as the Lord leads and enables.

We believe motivation for all true giving comes as God moves the hearts of people. Our part is to inform and give opportunity without imposing undue obligation or pressure. We praise God for the tremendous team of servants and supporters He has brought together at Pinecrest Camp. Paul mentioned in Philippians 4:10:

“I greatly rejoice in the Lord that at last you have renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you have been concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it.”

I praise God that we have this opportunity to show our appreciation for God’s ministers at Pinecrest Camp through prayer and support.
